Gas Hot Water or Steam Heating
Below are the services covered for gas hot water and steam heating systems. Packages include;
- Inspection
- Lubricate motors and bearings
- Test and calibrate controls
- Clean and check burners
- Replace thermocouple
- Check for flue obstructions and condition of vents
- Check and clean heat exchanger
- Check wiring connections
- Clean igniter and flame sensor and/or pilot
- Bleed all radiators
- Test flow valves/zone valves
- Check boiler feed valve
- Drain expansion tank, if necessary
- Check thermostats
- Test safety relief valve
- Check condition of all vents
Gas Water Heaters
Below are the services covered for gas water heater systems. Packages include;
- Drain 10 gallons of water from bottom of tank
- Test relief valve
- Check for flue obstructions and condition of vents
- Clean burner
- Replace thermocouple
- Test and check thermostat operation
When in our judgment conditions warrant repairing or replacing worn out parts, with customer’s approval there will be an additional charge. Our technician will have the ability to give a fixed price for any additional work.
